1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. salt
1/2 tsp. food coloring
2 tbsp. powdered alum seasoning
1 tbsp. salad oil
2 1/2 c. flour

Bring water, salt and food coloring to a boil. Remove from heat and add alum and salad oil. Pour mixture over flour. Knead while still warm. Store in plastic container.
