1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 env. unflavored gelatin
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
Few drops real lemon
Graham cracker crust
Any fruit pie filling

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Mix in cream cheese and remaining ingredients. Pour into graham cracker crust and chill until firm, 3 hours. Top with pie filling.
