FAST & EASY CASSEROLE 
2/3 c. uncooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 chicken breasts

Serves 2.

1. Wash off rice and drain.

2. Place the uncooked rice in a casserole dish.

3. Add 1 can cream of mushroom soup

4. Rinse soup can with water (1 can) and add.

5. Place chicken breasts on top (actually any type of meat that you like can be used).

6. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
