EASY CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
2 c. Minute Rice (cooked) 2 cans cream of chicken or mushroom soup 1 can water 1/4 c. butter Into buttered 13x9 pan, put 2 cups Minute Rice. Arrange chicken pieces on top. Now heat together 2 cans cream of chicken or mushroom soup, 1 can water and 1/4 cup butter. Pour over chicken and rice and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. |
