CREAMED CORN 
2 eggs
1 can cream corn
1 can while kernel corn, undrained
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 sm. pkg. corn muffin mix
Salt and pepper

Beat eggs. Stir in corn and sour cream. Stir in muffin mix, butter, and salt and pepper. Put in 1/2 cup of cheese and 1/2 cup on top. Put in greased casserole dish, 8x11 inches. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until set. Cheese may be omitted.
