SYRIAN BREAD SALAD (FA - TOOSH) 
2 loaves lg. pita bread
1/2 bunch parsley
1 lg. cucumber
1/2 bunch fresh mint
1/4 c. dried mint
1/2 bunch green onions
1/2 c. Za'tar (thyme-sumac)
3/4 c. olive oil
Juice of 3 - 4 fresh lemons
Salt and pepper to taste

Broil pita bread until crispy. Remove from broiler and let sit for a few minutes. Cut all vegetables into small pieces. Add Za-tar, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Break pita bread into bite size pieces and mix into salad.
