1 c. Crisco
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. hot water
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. oatmeal
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Mix all ingredients together. Spray cookie sheet.

Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes. Cool on rack.
