CINNAMON OATMEAL COOKIES 
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
6 c. oats
2 c. Crisco shortening
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. white sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon

Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, then remaining dry ingredients. Bake on greased cookie sheets, rounded teaspoonfuls 1 inch apart, at 350 degrees 12 to 15 minutes. Cool slightly before removing from cookie sheet.
