COLD VEGETABLE PIZZA | |
2 cans crescent rolls Roll out on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees, for 10-12 minutes. Cool completely. Mix together: 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1 pkg. Original HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing mix 3/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing Mix until really creamy, spread on baked crescent rolls. Chop fine fresh vegetables: 1 lg. bell pepper 4 or 5 green onions, including tips 1 c. chopped broccoli 1 c. chopped cauliflower 1 cucumber 1 c. fresh mushrooms (optional) 2 lg. tomatoes 1 c. Colby cheese, grated Mix all together and put over cream cheese and pat down. Let set overnight. Cut into squares and serve. |
