STRAWBERRY PIE 
2 c. finely crushed pretzels
3/4 c. melted butter
3 tbsp. sugar or use
graham cracker crumbs and prepare per instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F. In medium bowl mix the crushed pretzels, melted butter and 3 tbsp. sugar. Press firmly into 10 inch dish pie pan or casserole dish.

Bake 8 minutes. Set aside to cool.

Filling:

1 8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 8 oz. cool whip, thawed
1 6 oz. pkg. strawberry jello
1 1/2 c. hot water
2 10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries

Beat the softened cream cheese and the sugar together. Stir in cool whip. Spread on cooled crust. Refrigerate until next layer is ready. Dissolve jello in hot water. Stir in frozen strawberries until they are separated. Cool until partially set and spread over the cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate 3 or 4 hours or overnight.
