RAISED ROLLS 
2 c. hot milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cream
1 c. compressed yeast or envelope Red Star yeast
3 1/2 c. flour to make soft batter
1 tsp. salt
2 beaten eggs
Additional flour to make soft dough

Let rise until double in bulk. Knead down and let rise again and put in pan in buns, bread or even cinnamon rolls.
