STRAWBERRY YUM YUM 
1 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. nuts

FILLING:

3/4 c. sugar
2 egg whites
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 c. partially thawed strawberries
1 c. whipped cream

Combine ingredients for crumbs and toast on cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Cool. Put 1/2 amount of crumbs in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. In large bowl, beat sugar, egg whites, lemon juice and strawberries for 20 minutes. Fold in 1 cup whipped cream. Pour in pan and top with remaining crumbs. Freeze.
