Green food coloring
Chocolate covered mint cookies
Vanilla wafers
Honey
Sesame seed

Combine coconut with several drops of food coloring in bowl; mix coconut until it is tinted green. Place coconut on chocolate-covered cookies. Brush the vanilla wafers with honey. Sprinkle with sesame seed. Place chocolate covered cookies on remaining vanilla wafers. Top with sesame seed vanilla wafers. These look like miniature hamburgers.
