LOUISIANA YUM YUM CAKE 
First Layer:

1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 c. pecans
1 tbsp. confectioners sugar

Mix and spread in 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until lightly browned.

Second Layer:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened

Mix with 1 cup powdered sugar; blend well. Add 1 cup Cool Whip. Let set 30 minutes on crust.

Third Layer:

1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding
1 1/2 c. milk

Fold in one package Dream Whip prepared according to directions. Spread on Second Layer; let set a few minutes.

Fourth Layer:

1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 1/2 c. milk

Spread over Third Layer; let stand a few minutes.

Fifth Layer:

1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip

Sixth Layer:

Shave up Hershey's candy bar, if desired.
