3 lg. sweet potatoes (yams)
1/2 stick butter
3/4 c. milk
3 whole eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. cinnamon
Pre-made pie crust

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil potatoes until soft. Peel and mash potatoes. Blend potatoes, butter, milk, and eggs. Gradually add sugar, then blend in rest of ingredients.
