SWEET POTATO PIE 
3 lg. sweet potatoes (peeled, diced, boiled) or 1 lg. can yams
1 tsp. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 can Carnation Evaporated milk

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Use your favorite ready made pie crust or make your own.

Flute edge to stand 1/4 inch above rim. Mix filling ingredients in order given. Pour into pie crust-lined pan. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees; bake 35 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool completely. Serve.
