CRAB ROLLS 
6 oz. crabmeat
1 loaf white bread
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 lb. butter
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Trim crust off of bread slices. Mix together cream cheese and crab meat. Spread mixture on bread. Roll bread slice into a log. Cut into 3 pieces. Dip each roll into melted butter. Roll in the Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
