CRAB ROLL 
1 tin crab meat, well drained
1 (8 oz.) plain cream cheese, whipped
1 tbsp. dried onion flakes
1 tbsp. chopped green onion (or chives)
Dash of Tabasco sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix. Leave in refrigerator overnight. Form into roll and roll in 2 tablespoons chopped pecans and 2 tablespoons chopped parsley.
