CRAB ROLLS 
1 (6 oz.) can crab meat
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 lb. med. or sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 sm. onion, grated (2 tsp.)
1 sm. can chopped black olives
Salt and pepper to taste
Mayonnaise (just enough to hold mixture together)
14 hard dinner rolls

Remove some of the inside of dinner roll; cut rolls across. Combine all other ingredients and fill inside of roll with filling, rounded up, and replace tops of rolls. Roll each one in foil, and heat in 250 degree oven 40 to 45 minutes.

This recipe has always been a family favorite.
