HAM AND NOODLES 
3 c. cubed fully cooked ham
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. mustard
1 c. milk
2 c. cooked bowtie pasta

Melt butter in a saucepan; stir in flour, salt, pepper and mustard until smooth. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Stir in ham and pasta. This dish is ready when heated through.
