BEEF TIPS & RICE | |
3 lbs. beef tips 3 packs Herb Ox Beef Bouillon 3 lg. green peppers 3 lg. onions Brown beef tips in small amount of oil in skillet over high heat. Salt and pepper to taste. When well browned lower heat and add 1 cup water and bouillon. Cover and simmer for 2 hours. Add sliced onion and pepper. Cook 15 minutes longer. Serve over rice. |
