MARINATED VEGETABLES 
1 head cauliflower, flowerettes
1 bunch broccoli, flowerettes
2 med. zucchini, cut lengthwise
1 lb. mushrooms, sliced thick
2 bell peppers, julienne
1 c. white vinegar
1 c. salad oil
1/2 c. lemon juice
3 cloves garlic
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Combine vegetables in large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in a jar, cover and shake. Pour mixture over vegetables, cover and refrigerate overnight. Drain when ready to serve.
