MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix (no pudding)
3/4 c. oil
1 (15 oz.) can mandarin oranges
3 eggs

Mix above and beat on medium speed for 3 minutes. Bake in 9x13 inch greased and floured pan at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Cool 2-3 hours.

TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Mix thoroughly.
