FRESH ORANGE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix (with pudding)
1 c. fresh orange juice
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
4 eggs

Blend all ingredients on low speed for 1 minute. Scrape sides and mix on medium 2 minutes more. Pour batter into a greased and floured pan.

Bake for 45 to 47 minutes in a 350°F oven. Cool for 20 minutes. Invert onto serving plate. Prepare glaze.

Glaze:

1 c. confectioners sugar
3 tbsp. orange juice
1 tsp. orange zest

Combine ingredients; stir until smooth. Drizzle glaze on cake. Let set for a few minutes before serving.
