COCOA KISS COOKIES | |
1 c. butter, softened 2/3 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 2/3 c. flour 1/4 c. cocoa 1 c. pecans, finely chopped 9 oz. Hershey's Kisses Confectioners sugar Cream butter, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Combine flour and cocoa. Blend flour into cream mixture. Add nuts and beat on low speed until well blended. Chill dough 1 hour or until firm enough to handle. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mold scant tablespoon of dough around each Kiss, completely covering the Kiss. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 10 to 12 minutes. Cool slightly, remove from sheet to wire rack. When completely cool, dip in confectioners sugar. |
