COMPANY STRATA 
12 slices white bread
12 oz. Cheddar cheese
10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli
2 c. fully cooked ham
6 eggs, beaten slightly
3 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

From 12 slices white bread, cut 12 donuts and holes. Fit the scraps of bread in bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Layer 12 ounces Cheddar cheese (shredded), 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli (cooked and drained) and 2 cups fully cooked ham over bread. Arrange donuts and holes atop. Combine 6 slightly beaten eggs, 3 1/2 cups milk, 2 tablespoons instant minced onion, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard; pour over bread. Cover; Refrigerate 6 hours. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
