CHOCOLATE BARK COOKIES 
Saltine crackers
1 1/2 stick butter
1 c. sugar
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts

Line a jelly roll pan with tin foil. Sprinkle lightly with Pam. Place Saltine crackers on top of foil. Bring butter & sugar to a boil. Boil for 1 minute. Pour over crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 - 6 minutes, until lightly caramel in color. Remove from oven. Pour chocolate chips over, spread evenly as they melt. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Refrigerate. When chilled, break into pieces.

These are like Butter Crunch Candy.
