MANDARIN CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cooked chicken
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1 c. grapes
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. mandarin oranges
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 c. macaroni rings
1 c. salad dressing
1 c. whipped cream

Combine chicken, onion and salt. Refrigerate several hours. Add grapes, celery, mandarin oranges, almonds, macaroni and salad dressing. Mix together, refrigerate until ready to serve. Then fold in whipped cream. Makes about 10 servings.
