ORANGE MUFFIN STREUSEL 
2 c. flour
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten lightly
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. orange marmalade
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. grated orange peel

Combine flour, pecans, sugar, baking powder and salt. Combine orange juice, marmalade, milk, oil, orange peel and egg. Add to flour mixture. Stir just to moisten. Fill muffin cup 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Delicious served warm for breakfast.
