CASSEROLE OF BROCCOLI AND HAM 
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 c. cooked ham, chopped
1 c. buttered bread crumbs
3/4 c. chopped onions
3/4 c. milk
Salt and pepper

Fry onions and mushrooms in butter lightly. Add soup and milk. Place half of cooked broccoli in a greased casserole, season, then half of soup sauce and buttered crumbs. Add layer of ham, then remaining broccoli soup; finishing with crumbs. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
