TAMALE CASSEROLE 
2 lb. ground beef
1 lb. onions
2-3 cans tomato puree
3 tsp. chili powder
Salt & pepper
1 can ripe olives

Mix above ingredients together. In saucepan 1 quart cool salted water and 1 cup meal. Cook on medium until thick; set aside to cool. When cool press around casserole and add first 5 ingredients. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour in 1 1/2 quart casserole.
