TAMALE CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 sm. onion, diced
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 tbsp. cooking oil
3/4 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. cornmeal
2 c. tomatoes and juice
1/2 c. American cheese, grated
1/2 c. black olives, chopped
1 c. canned corn
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Brown green pepper, onion, celery in oil. Add meat and brown. Cook cornmeal and tomatoes together for 10 minutes; add to meat and vegetables. Stir in remaining ingredients, except cheese. Place in greased casserole and top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 4.
