CREAM OF ZUCCHINI SOUP 
3 lg. zucchini (about 5 to 6 lbs.), chopped
1 stick butter
3 lg. onions
3 garlic cloves
1 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 bunch chopped parsley
1 bunch celery, chopped
1 tsp. chicken bouillon

Blend all ingredients. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Serve hot or cold. Good with cream as garnish.
