CREAMY LIME OR ORANGE JELLO 
1 lg. box lime or orange Jello
1 tall can crushed pineapple, retain juice
1 (4 oz.) container Cool Whip
2 c. buttermilk

Empty pineapple (with juice) and Jello (don't add water) into pan and bring to a boil. Remove immediately from heat. Pour into bowl. Put into refrigerator. When partially set, whip with mixer, adding Cool Whip and buttermilk. Place in dish. Chill until firm.
