EASY PINEAPPLE CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix by hand in a large bowl all the ingredients. Pour into a greased and floured oblong cake pan.

Bake at 350°F for 40 to 50 minutes or until done. When cooled, top with the following icing.

Easy Icing:

1 (16 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Mix well and spread on cooled Pineapple Cake.
