PINEAPPLE CAKE (Easy Elegance) 
1 pkg. angel food cake mix
2 pt. whipping cream
1 lg. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
2 (16 oz.) cans crushed pineapple, well drained

Make angel food cake according to directions; however, make it in 3 layers.

Whip cream until almost thick. Add package of instant pudding; whip until thick. Add drained pineapple. Frost cake between layers, top and sides with the mixture. Serve 12-16.
