1 can apple pie filling
3/4 c. quick cooking rolled oats
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
4 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Vanilla Ice cream

In 8x8 inch baking dish combine oats, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. (Mixture will not be crisp). Let cool and crumble. Layer ice cream, apples and oatmeal mixture in parfait glasses (or any glass) and serve.
