VERMICELLI SALAD 
Vermicelli
Accent
2 lemons
1/2 c. oil
1 can ripe olives
1 jar pimento
Green onion
Bell pepper
Celery

Cook vermicelli and drain. Sprinkle generously with accent. Take juice from 2 lemons and 1/2 cup oil and pour over vermicelli. Let stand overnight. Add ripe olives, pimento, green onion, bell pepper and celery. Add mayonnaise and salt to taste.
