SHRIMP CURRY ORIENTAL 
2 tbsp. butter
1/8 c. minced onion
1 tsp. curry powder

Take first three ingredients and saute until onions are soft.

2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Pinch ginger

Add next four ingredients. Stir until smooth and bubbly.

1 c. milk
1 c. chicken broth
1 tbsp. lemon
1 + tbsp. molasses
Lg. shrimp (your choice in size)

Take mixture off stove and add chicken broth until blended well. Add milk and blend in. Add lemon and shrimp (cooked). Heat. Serves 6.
