SEAFOOD CURRY 
1 c. crabmeat or shrimp OR 1/2 lb. imitation crabmeat
1 can condensed cream of shrimp soup
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. butter (butter)
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/3 c. milk

Cook onion in butter until tender but not brown. Add curry powder, soup, and milk. Mix well. Add crabmeat and simmer until heated thoroughly. Serve over rice. Quick and easy!
