PUMPKIN ICE CREAM PIE 
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
1 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
9-inch graham cracker pie crust
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger

Combine flavorings. Stir into slightly softened ice cream. Mix in well at lowest speed of electric mixer until well distributed. Spoon into crust. Freeze overnight or until firm.
