SWEET BRISKET 
10 lb. brisket, trimmed
2 cans whole cranberries
1 pkg. onion soup mix

Rub onion soup mix thoroughly onto both sides of brisket. Spread cranberries making certain to saturate both sides. Cover pan; marinate overnight in refrigerator. Oven cook at 325 degrees for 3 1/2 hours; remove cover; cook another 1/2 hour. Remove excess fluids as necessary.
