SWEET POTATO PUDDING 
2 c. raw shredded sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. milk
4 tbsp. butter
1 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 tsp. salt

Cream sugar and butter. Add beaten eggs and other ingredients. Bake in well greased open dish 1 1/2 hours at 375 degrees.
