FRUITY BERRY MOUSSE 
3/4 c. boiling water
1 c. ice cubes
1 c. sliced fresh strawberries or fresh fruit
1 pkg. sugar free triple berry flavor Jello
1 c. thawed Cool Whip

Pour boiling water in blender and add Jello. Blend at low speed until completely dissolved. Add the ice cubes and stir until ice is partially melted. Add the whipped topping and blend at high speed for 1 minute. Stir in the fruit and pour into individual glasses. Chill until set, at least 30 minutes and garnish with additional fruit. Makes 3 cups or 6 servings at only 45 calories per serving.
