RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE | |
3 c. diced rhubarb 1 1/2 c. sugar 3 tbsp. flour Few grains of salt 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 2 eggs 2 tbsp. milk 1 tbsp. butter Mix rhubarb with sugar, flour, salt, and spice. Beat eggs slightly, in separate bowl with milk. Combine with rhubarb mixture. Place in unbaked pie shell. Dot with butter. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes at 400 degrees. Make lattice top. |
