GARDEN SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) lemon jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. salad dressing
2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 c. diced celery
1/4 c. diced onion
1 cucumber cut fine
1 sm. jar pimento
1 c. whipped cream

Dissolve jello in boiling water and cool until it starts to set. Then fold in remaining ingredients.
