SWEET AND SOUR PORK 
6 pork chops (I use cut up pork tenderloin)
1 can sauerkraut, drained
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. applesauce (I like to use chunky)
Salt and pepper
1 sliced onion
2 c. water

Brown pork, set aside, drain. Mix sauerkraut, brown sugar and applesauce. Season with salt and pepper. Add browned chops. Place onion and water over chops. Cover. Cook 1 hour in medium oven. Also works well in a crockpot.
