SWEET AND SOUR PORK 
1 lb. lean boneless pork, cut into 1 inch cubes
1/4 c. vinegar
15 oz. can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. dark karo syrup
2 tbsp. catsup
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Garlic
1/2 c. green pepper pieces
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Brown pork in hot oil. Add next six ingredients, all except cornstarch and green pepper. Cook 10 minutes or so, until done. Mix cornstarch with 2 tablespoons water. Add to pork and green peppers. Cook 2 minutes.
