NO CRUST PIZZA 
1 (2 oz.) c. chopped mushroom
1 beaten egg
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 lb. ground beef
2 slices Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. pizza sauce
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper

Drain mushrooms, reserve liquid. Add water to equal 1/3 cup liquid. Combine liquid, egg, crumbs, oregano, 1/2 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper. Let stand 5 minutes. Add beef and mix well. Pat beef mixture into 9 inch pie plate to form crust. Cut cheese into 8 triangles. Layer half atop beef mixture, top with sauce, mushrooms, onion, green pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 5 minutes.
