1 lb. ground beef
8 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
8 oz. jar pizza sauce
4 oz. Parmesan cheese

Brown meat and drain. Add pizza sauce and pour into a 9"x11" greased casserole. Cover with both cheeses. Add topping.

TOPPING:

3/4 c. Bisquick
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs

Beat together and pour over meat/cheese layer. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until browned at 350 degrees. Children really enjoy this.
